SPARKS, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — Construction of the Oddie District, the ambitious effort to transform the old Lowe’s building in Sparks, is 60% complete, with the project set to open next summer, according to developers.
During a tour of the 232,000 square-foot property Thursday, developers said the project will be ‘the world’s largest makerspace, art park and innovation campus under one roof.’
