A report of shots fired around 1 a.m. Monday led to three arrests including two for child abuse/neglect, according to arrest reports from the Carson City Sheriff’s Office.
Carson resident Vance Jeremey Porter, 33, and Sarah Anne Alsip of Yerington, 32, both face a felony charge of child abuse/neglect after CCSO found bullet holes in Porter’s residence, including two in the front door.
