SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – After a woman’s ex-boyfriend confronted her about their previous breakup, he hit her in the back of the head and pushed her to the ground causing the Sparks City Attorney’s Office to convict Nestor Rosales of domestic battery, first offense, and violating an extended protection order against domestic violence, first offense, according to a Wednesday, Dec. 17, Sparks City Attorney’s Office Facebook post.
“Our office will continually stand up for victims of domestic violence,” said Sparks City Attorney Wes Duncan.
