A deadly head-on crash shut down a portion of major freeway in Sparks on Sunday morning.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, troopers responded to westbound I-80 near Pyramid Way just before 5 a.m. on Dec. 21 on the report of a head-on crash involving a semi-truck.
