SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The City of Sparks is accepting portfolios and design concepts for America 250 from professional artists or artist teams.
The city says they are accepting murals that honors the history of Sparks in honor of America’s 250th birthday. The project is funded through a grant from Travel Nevada.
