RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The man accused of murdering a volunteer at the Nevada Veterans Memorial Plaza is set to receive a psychological evaluation.
On Friday, Michael Paulsen was ordered by judge Egan Walker to be sent to Lake’s Crossing, a maximum security psychiatric facility in Reno.
