A jury has convicted a 37-year-old Reno man of DUI in Lassen County.
The Lassen County District Attorney’s Office says Somethonit Phoumychack was convicted earlier this month of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more.
Prosecutors say the jury also found true special allegations that Phoumychack refused to submit to a chemical test and had an elevated blood alcohol content of over .20%…
