A Reno man is set to stand trial next week for a fiery, wrong-way crash on Plumb Lane that left three people seriously injured.
Victor Ledezma-Caballero is scheduled to go on trial Monday for a head-on collision that happened two years ago near Hunter Lake Drive. Investigators say Ledezma-Caballero was driving under the influence when his vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic, sparking a fire and sending three people to the hospital.
Ledezma-Caballero turned himself in six months after the crash. He faces two counts of DUI causing substantial bodily harm and one count of failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. The trial is expected to last about seven days…
