The Washoe County District Attorney’s Office filed dozens of photos as evidence of the May 2025 vandalism of Reno High School ahead of Monday’s sentencing of seven former students charged with gross misdemeanors.
The filing Wednesday night is the first verified look at the damage, although images and videos taken by students went viral following the incident that Washoe County School District said caused $7,000 in damage.
The seven former students, all age 18 at the time, pleaded guilty to their parts in what started as a prank after an end-of-year senior gathering to watch a sunset. They are scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Barry Breslow…
