CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – Community members, advocates and members of the local Carson City, Northern Nevada and South Lake Tahoe Indivisible branches will participate in an ICE Out For Good nonviolent community rally and vigil on Saturday, Jan. 10, to demand accountability after the ICE incident where Renee Nicole Good died, according to an event news release.
It is part of a national weekend of action with thousands of similar events across the U.S.
The mobilization comes in response to what Indivisible describes as a pattern of unchecked violence and abuse in marginalized communities, according to a news release.
