On Dec. 2, Eric Hanrihan, a Los Angeles resident, appeared for sentencing on the charge of eluding a peace officer endangering person or property, a category B felony. The defendant was convicted of refusing to stop for state troopers engaged in a dangerous car chase resulting in a collision. The defendant was sentenced to 24 months to 60 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections.
On Dec. 9, Wesley Kaylor, a Washoe County resident, appeared for sentencing on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled or prohibited substance, third offense, a category B Felony. The defendant was convicted of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.227 with two prior DUI convictions.
