Reno, Nevada – Nevada is entering a noticeable pattern change as above-normal temperatures take hold during the February 7–20 period, bringing a milder, more spring-like feel to much of the state after a stretch of colder winter weather.
According to the National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center, temperatures across Nevada are expected to trend above seasonal averages through mid-February. Western and northern Nevada, including Reno, Carson City, and the Tahoe Basin, are likely to see milder daytime highs, while overnight lows remain less extreme than earlier in the month.
