SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The City of Sparks has completed a review of the application for the Red Hawk housing development.
The City received the applications on Jan. 21 from Red Hawk Land Company regarding modifications to development for the Wingfield Springs area. City staff has now determined they are “complete.”
The City says that deeming an application “complete” does not mean it is either denied or approved but instead means that the application included all forms and documents required by the City to review the substance of the proposed changes to each development…
