CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – Carson City is inviting local artists to paint traffic signal boxes in the city.
The city says their Out of the Box arts initiative aims to beautify the streets and create paid opportunities for local artists and showcase the culture of Carson City.
Eligible artists must live in northern Nevada. The selected artists will receive a W-9 and an invoice and will be paid $1,000 per intersection, including artist compensation, supplies, materials, and installation costs…
