Nevada Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a deadly crash that occurred last Saturday evening on Interstate 80, about five miles east of Winnemucca.
Troopers were called to the scene around 7:44 p.m. on Jan. 31, near mile marker 21 in Humboldt County.
According to a preliminary investigation, a white Toyota Sienna was traveling eastbound in the left lane when it failed to maintain its lane, ran off the left side of the roadway, entered the median and overturned.
