RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – A collared gray wolf was tracked to the high Sierra region near Lake Tahoe over the weekend, marking another sighting in Nevada and triggering warnings from local authorities.
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife picked up the wolf activity in the Donner Lake area near Truckee. By Monday morning, the wolf’s GPS had been tracked to a high Sierra location in Nevada north of Lake Tahoe.
The wolf is part of the Harvey Pack, which has been causing problems in Sierra County…
