According to the Washoe Eats app, the Pho Restaurant at 6775 Sierra Center Parkway failed its most recent inspection in late January with moldy noodles, and one of its employees found to be working while sick, which prompted an agitated response from the establishment’s owner.
The report notes one of the food handling employees was sick. “The inspector asked the employee using a translation app if the employee was sick,” it notes. “The employee nodded. The inspector then asked the employee through the translator app if the employee had a fever. The employee nodded.”
According to the report, the Pho Restaurant employee also nodded after being asked if they had a sore throat. When confronted with this information, the establishment’s owner allegedly became “agitated and stated employee was not feeling well due to consuming alcohol the night before.”…
