RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – A second suspect in the 2023 shooting at the Zephyr Point Apartments in northwest Reno has been arrested.
20-year-old Chemarion Cooks was arrested on Thursday for his alleged involvement in the Oct. 6, 2023 shooting at the apartments in which seven people were injured.
Cooks has now been charged with 7 counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon, 5 counts of battery with a deadly weapon resulting substantial bodily harm, child abuse with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm into a structure…
