A Sparks woman is facing felony child abuse and neglect charges after an investigation into a three-year-old child who fell from a moving vehicle.
According to the sheriff’s office, it happened around 7 p.m. Friday in the area of Omni Drive and Sky Ranch Boulevard. Witnesses told deputies the driver left the area immediately after the incident.
Some bystanders called 911 and took the child to a Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District Fire station for help…
