(KOLO) – This Tuesday, guest chef, Mark Estee, owner of Local Food Group, stopped by the KOLO Cooks kitchen to show viewers how to make The Dublin Burger, which will be a special St. Patrick’s Day menu item at all Great Basin Brewing Company locations March 15-20, along with several other Irish-inspired dishes.
