LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Nevada Department of Transportation wants to hire around 40 paid interns for summer positions, the department announced Friday.
Applications for the internships are being accepted in Carson City, Reno, Las Vegas, Elko, and Winnemucca, according to a release from the department.

Those who apply must be a high school graduates and currently enrolled in a college degree program, the release said. Applications can be submitted through March 13, but applicants are encouraged to apply quickly as recruitments may close at any time based on the number of applicants.
