Back in December, I asked readers what the ideal distance would be from a Costco. The average response: approximately 12.46 miles.
A little over half say they’d want to be within five miles of a Costco, but fewer than one in 10 wanted to be within a mile. In other words: We like things to be convenient, but not too convenient.
We’d rather that those things wouldn’t impact our traffic too much. Or spoil our views. Or “impact the character of the neighborhood.”…
