The Reno Planning Commission unanimously approved a master plan change for a potential new housing subdivision with 712 units. The project will move forward to the Reno City Council for the next step of approval.
The project, known as Clear Acre Commons, will sit on roughly 27 acres between Clear Acre Lane and Scottsdale Road, south of Truckee Meadows Community College.
