Lake Tahoe estate sells for record $125 million in Incline Village, Bloomberg reports

A Lake Tahoe estate in Incline Village sold for a record $125 million, the highest known price paid for a property in the area, Bloomberg reported.

The lakefront estate, along with an adjoining parcel valued at about $7 million, sold in an off-market deal that closed earlier this week, according to Bloomberg, which cited property records and LLC filings.
