Two Lake Tahoe residential properties just sold for a combined $132 million to a mystery buyer with ties to a Silicon Valley venture capital firm.
A limited liability company bought two lakefront residential parcels in Incline Village, according to Washoe County records. Both are on Lakeshore Boulevard, an exclusive neighborhood with some of Lake Tahoe’s most expensive homes.
