Saturday brought the return of record high temps to the area. Reno maxed out at 78 degrees, breaking the previous 1966 record of 76 degrees. South Lake Tahoe made it to 68 degrees, breaking the record of 66 degrees, set back in 2015. Temperatures Sunday will be slightly cooler.
Sunday looks fantastic, with plenty of sunshine and some afternoon clouds. Temperatures in the lower valleys are expected in the mid to upper 70s. Reno’s forecasted high is 77 degrees.
