SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – Sparks City Attorney Wes Duncan made a statement on the city staff’s recommendation to deny the Red Hawk Golf and Resort proposal, according to a Friday, May 15, Facebook post.
“The Sparks City Attorney’s Office reviewed the Red Hawk proposal, worked with all city staff, and agrees with the staff recommendation that the Red Hawk proposal be denied,” Duncan said. “My office is ready to fully defend the city’s recommendation of denial, if necessary.”
