SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – On Friday, May 22, at 5:03 p.m., there was a hit-and-run incident involving two vehicles with extensive damage on the Interstate 80 Eastbound off-ramp at Nugget Avenue in Sparks, according to a Sparks Police Department news release.
When officers arrived, there was one vehicle on scene belonging to the victim, according to the release.
