RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Insect infestations, broken elevators and unsanitary conditions — these are just some of the things officials discovered during a recent inspection of a troubled senior living apartment complex in Richmond.
On Tuesday, June 30, Richmond Mayor Danny Avula issued a statement regarding living conditions and the well-being of residents at the Legacy at Imperial Village, a senior living apartment complex in the city’s Northside.
