On behalf of the Squirrels’ ownership group, the Navigators, attorney Luke Nikas sent a letter to Richmond city leaders — including Angie Rodgers, the director of the city’s Economic Development Authority (EDA) — requesting a formal meeting to discuss a path forward for the Diamond District project.
