RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — “Incomplete and inaccurate data” caused Richmond to mismanage a roughly $3.63 million streetlight management project, according to a final audit.
In a final audit released by Richmond’s Office of the City Auditor (OCA) on Thursday, July 2, officials assessed the efficiency, effectiveness and maintenance of the city’s streetlights.
