RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Two men have pleaded guilty to robbery charges within the span of two weeks in connection with the July 2023 armed robbery of a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier in Richmond.
On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, 23-year-old Deangelo Harris of Chesapeake pleaded guilty to Hobbs Act robbery, according to a July 9 release from the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).
