RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Nine days after a train derailed near Dock and 20th streets, CSX crews are still pulling freight car parts from the bottom of a river and working to determine a cause.
As of Wednesday, CSX told reporters that all track and bridge repairs had been completed. On Saturday, crews removed all three rail cars from the canal. Cleanup of remaining debris is ongoing.
