RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Hanover County man whose punch led to the death of a 27-year-old Chesterfield County man is appealing his 10-year prison sentence, with his attorneys calling it “excessive.”
In late April, Nico Rivera of Hanover was sentenced to 10 years in prison for involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of 27-year-old Jacob Baldwin of Chesterfield County.
