RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A bicyclist was struck during a hit-and-run in Richmond early Sunday morning.
On Sunday, July 19 at 1:04 a.m., officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 5100 block of Williamsburg Avenue. Once on scene, officers found a bicyclist who had been struck by a vehicle.
