RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A driver is facing several charges after a Thursday night hit-and-run put a Richmond bicyclist in the hospital.
Just before 10 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 4400 block of Walmsley Boulevard for report of a crash involving a cyclist.
