RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A portion of a Richmond roadway is closed Wednesday morning after a power line came down in the area following severe storms that hit Central Virginia.
According to the Richmond Police Department, officers were called to the intersection of Bliley Road and Forest Hill Avenue for a transformer fire at around 5:35 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22.
