RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A person has been injured following a multi-vehicle crash that occurred on Interstate 95 in Richmond early Tuesday morning.
Virginia State Police (VSP) are investigating a five-vehicle crash that occurred on I-95 north on Tuesday, Aug. 18 at 7:47 a.m. near the Shockoe Valley Bridge.
