RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A historic Richmond hospital where black patients were treated, is once again the topic of a potential demolition.
Richmond city’s planning commission is considering a special use permit for a Virginia Union University apartment development on Overbrook Road. Advocates halted destruction of the nearly 100-year-old building after VUU planned to tear it down in 2024.
