RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Residents are calling for action after continuous HVAC issues at Legacy at Imperial Village.
We spoke with a resident who wished to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation from the owners, but he said problems have been ongoing in the Dogwood building since Wednesday, Aug 12 — less than a month after officials said air conditioning had been fully restored throughout the apartment complex.
“When I initially asked them, they said three days and then three days became four and then four became five,” he said. “I’ve got three to four fans going, you know, every night. It’s been hard to sleep. I can continue with it during the day, but when I sleep to get prepared for tomorrow, it’s very hard to maintain.”…
