Layne’s Chicken Fingers is planning to open its second Richmond-area restaurant in Henrico County Sept. 15.
The Texas-based chicken finger chain’s new location will be at 8801 Staples Mill Road, joining an existing location in Ashland.
Henrico business owner Khurram Burney, who helped bring the Layne’s brand to Virginia, will operate the new restaurant. He also operates the Ashland location and has plans to open more locations in the state…
