Richmond has ‘zero’ preventative school maintenance, internal auditor says

RICHMOND, Va. — The Richmond Public Schools (RPS) division has “literally zero” preventative maintenance mechanisms for its buildings, according to internal auditor Ziauddin Ahmed.
