HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — People from all across Central Virginia came together at the Richmond Raceway for a 9/11 stair climb Saturday morning, symbolizing the 110 stories of the World Trade Center towers that first responders climbed 25 years ago.
Over 250 people pushed through the grueling climb that began after several officials gave remarks and a moment of silence was observed.
