RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A motorcyclist was hospitalized and a driver is facing charges after a crash in Richmond on Monday.
Just before noon on Monday, Sept. 14, officers were called to the intersection of Huguenot and Cherokee roads for report of a crash.
