RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man was seriously hurt after being shot in Richmond’s East End Thursday afternoon.
Around 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 1500 block of North 21st St. for a report of a person shot.
