RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Four paramedics from Germany are spending this week riding along with first responders across Central Virginia as part of an EMS exchange program established in 1995.
The visit included time with the Richmond Volunteer Rescue Squad, where the paramedics trained, responded to calls and compared equipment and procedures with their Virginia counterparts.
