RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Public Schools has “zero” preventive maintenance mechanisms, according to an audit that was presented as several schools were shutting down and delaying first days of class due to mold.
RPS’ director of internal audit, Ziauddin Ahmed, presented these findings at a Finance and Audit Committee Meeting on Aug. 25.
