CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – A study is now underway to figure out future safety improvements for a Chester railroad crossing, which has been a hotspot for crashes over the years.
In August, Chesterfield received about $2.3 million in federal funding to make improvements at the Curtis and West Street railroad crossings.
