RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 16-year-old boy is facing murder charges after a 17-year-old girl was shot and killed inside a Richmond apartment on Sunday.
At about 11:54 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to an apartment complex in the 900 block of Sledd Street for report of a domestic incident.
When they arrived, officers found an injured male who told them that shots had been fired into an occupied apartment. They then went inside that apartment, where they found a 17-year-old Richmond girl who had been shot. She died at the scene…
