WASHINGTON (CBS19 NEWS) — Three men from Virginia have been in court recently on charges associated with the events of Jan. 6, 2021. Last week, 51-year-old John Michael Livingston of Midlothian was arrested for felony obstruction of an official proceeding and misdemeanor knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority.
